To be an official member of the SCWARN network your Utility must sign the Mutual Aid Agreement and forward it to: SCWARN Administration, 130 Gibson Road, Lexington, SC 29072.  Once received, a SCWARN representative will contact you with further information, including a secure access password to the members only area of this website.
