The SCWARN is made up of Water and Wastewater Utilities across the State of South Carolina, assisted by regulatory, technical, and law enforcement agencies. Currently, in addition to regional utilities, SCWARN collaborates with the members listed below.

The goal of SCWARN is to provide immediate relief for member utilities during emergencies. SCWARN works by matching personnel with the necessary tools and equipment to both assess and assist the impacted water and wastewater system as quickly as possible until a permanent solution to the devastation may be implemented.

The SCWARN is the formalized system of "utilities helping utilities" address mutual aid during emergency situations. These incidents may be man-made or natural disasters. The project's infrastructure consists of a web-based data bank of available resources and a practical mutual aid agreement.

The secure member-only area of SCWARN, including emergency contact numbers for all member agencies, is available to all utilities who have submitted the signed Mutual Aid Agreement. If your utility has already submitted the signed Agreement and you have a user name and password, please log into the members only section to access utility specific information and resources. If your utility has not already submitted a signed Agreement, please click on the Mutual Aid Agreement button under the main menu and then open and print the Mutual Aid Agreement. After signing the Agreement, you may either mail, fax, or scan/email the document to the address shown below.
